October, 2010 - My beautiful, wonderful, genius, computer programmer wife, Sue, has now completely computerized my schedule. This was possible by using 6 years of repair history to come up with accurate timelines. Unless something unexpected comes up, repairs are being done on time. (If they aren’t, talk to her. I dare you!)
When I receive your pipes for repair I email a cost quote. I also include the Work Order number for your pipes allowing you to see where they currently are on the schedule or when they were shipped.
