My wife, Sue, an artist in her own rite, is doing the "clean, buff & polish", restoration, rerustication and Ozone Treatment work.  She does a wonderful job, as can be seen from our feedback, and posts left in many of the forums.

Mike Myers joined our repair family in April, 2011, and as most of you have already seen, does beautiful work.  Please take a look at his bio.

With our high volume of pipes, Sue continues to handle all pipes requiring only these processes, which are completed and returned within about 14 days of receipt, or less.  These orders are displayed in blue (       ) on the Repair Schedule.

Of course I  check everything she does, and in many cases the "female touch" makes  some of these beautiful pipes come out even nicer than those I do.  She  enjoys doing the work, and is excellent at it.  Her help and beautiful results have sped things up dramatically.

At your request, we will split any repair order to allow for 14 day or less turn around for pipes that only need to be cleaned/restored or Ozone Treating.  More intense repairs from that order will be split out and will appear in their proper place on the schedule as such.  The only change in cost will be that for return shipping for two orders rather than one.

By making use of my wife’s exceptional talents to get these pipes, and the more intense repairs attended to more quickly, turn around time for everyone has been reduced drastically with absolutely no compromise in quality.
