This is a really neat pipe and very unique pipe. It was made in Italy. It is Olive wood with a briar tobacco chamber. The best of both worlds. The briar tobacco chamber can “take the heat”, while the Olivewood, which is very porous, dissipates it for a cool smoke. It has a Nickel/Silver or Silver band on the top of the bowl at the point where the two woods meet. It has been smoked, but is very clean and nearly new. There are two “dented” areas at the 7 and 9 o’clock positions on the rim visible in photo #3. They really don’t detract. No fills or tooth marks.
