This Danish Freehand is a straight grain. It was cut from the burl so that the grain goes around the bowl, and around the shank with a birds eye pattern on the bottom of the bowl. It comes with the original Vulcanite stem and a Lucite stem made by Walker Briar Works at the owners request. The pipe has been lightly smoked. It has no marks or dents, and no tooth marks on either stem. A beautiful Danish pipe.
