This is a Brebbia.  It does not have a model name or number on it.  The finish is what I would call a pebble sandblast.  The bowl is black with red highlights.  It has been smoked, but has been restored to nearly new condition.  The stem looks to be original and there are no tooth marks.  The only nomenclature on the bottom of the bowl , which is crisp and clear, is "Brebbia Italy".  It is an older pipe as I have had it for quite some time.  No idea how old it is though.  5-5/8"x2"x1-3/8".
